Shore Excursions

The Attendee App
We have introduced a conference Attendee App, which is where the most up to date information for Shore Excursions and the Academic Program will be noted. The Attendee App will be released in the week leading up to the conference. All details below are subject to change.
Day 1: Monday 1 July | Welcome Drinks and Canapes
6:30pm to 8:00pm - Welcome Drinks and Canapes in the Terrasse Pavillion
Meet and greet your speakers, fellow delegates and CPE team in the beautiful garden terrace of the Renaissance Paris Le Parc Trocadero.
You will receive your delegate pack with final information and your academic program at this event so please advise us if you cannot attend so we can arrange for you to receive your pack at an alternative time/place.

Venue: Terrasse Pavillion, Renaissance Paris Le Parc Trocadero, 55-57 avenue Raymond Poincaré 75116 Paris
Inclusions: Open bar (Champagne, Whiskey, Gin, Red Porto, Vodka, Wine, Juice and Water) and a selection of 5 canapes.
Please note: Due to the early transfer on 2 July, dinner has not been arranged for this evening. Please arrange dinner at your leisure prior to or after the Welcome event.
Day 2: Tuesday 2 July | Airport transfer
Airport Transfer
Venue: Delegate and accompanying persons to meet in the foyer of the Renaissance Paris Le Parc Trocadero at 3.50am.
Bus Departure Time: 4:00am sharp - Latecomers will need to make their own way to Charles De Galle Airport unless you have prearranged with Trudy and Lorenzo.
Additional Details: Each person is allowed one suitcase and hand luggage
