Rome, Italy 2020

Rome is the former capital of the Roman Empire, one of the most powerful empires in the ancient world. The remnants of their history can be experienced around the city, and includes sites such as of the Roman Forum, Pantheon and Colosseum. Rome is also home to the Vatican City, headquarters of the Roman Catholic Church and the smallest country in the world, which boasts such sights as St. Peter’s Basilica, the Vatican Museums and Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel frescoes.

Rome is a fantastic destination for our legal and medical conference. The Ancient Romans medical knowledge and practices were advanced for their time, with their progresses and learnings adapted from the finding of the ancient Greeks. Roman law was also advanced for its time, and it still forms the basis of law in western civilization today.
